Q. Can you embroider onto leather? A. Yes.
Q. How long does the setup/origination/digitising take? A. Does depend on complexity of design, we aim to complete a setup within a day or two.
Q. Can I have a copy of the embroidery design? A. Yes in .dst tajima format. We also produce a design sheet, for you the customer to file and can if asked provide a rendered image of design for use as a letterhead.
Q. Can you embroider onto padded jackets? A. Within reason, yes. Some jackets can be too thick. Others that have duck down with obvious obstructions are to be avoided. In all cases unless the jacket has access for embroidery the design will be stitched through the lining.
