• ARTWORK

Send us a copy of your artwork and we will advise/assess and provide an estimate to create an embroidered version.

 

Artwork can be any format. We recomend a .jpg or .pdf format. Artwork is best if it is clear when displayed full screen.

 

Do not worry if all you have is an idea. Describe your LOGO and we will do our best to turn your idea into an embroidery. If you still have no idea we will be able to adapt a high quality stock design for your use or design your LOGO for you.

 

At this stage we will also be able to estimate a cost for the work.

• SETUP/DIGITIZING/ORIGINATION

Artwork is loaded into special software running on a PC. This enables it to be converted into an embroidery version. This can take from only a few minutes or can take many hours if design is complex.

 

At this stage a rendered graphic of embroidery design is created that can be sent to you for appraisal. It is also possible to give an accurate costing for design.

 

Your artwork may have elements that do not convert well to an embroidery. Very fine detail or small text are examples. We will be able to advise how these issue may be resolved.

 

If you are happy with the draft embroidery design we will then complete the setup, test and then produce a sample swatch for you final approval. We will also provide you with a design sheet and if you wish a copy of the 'punched' file. 

• PRODUCTION

Embroidery design approved, your order will be run off on industrial embroidery machines. This should not take more than a day or two but does depend on how many items need to be produced.

Production may be on recognised promotional brands like Fruit of the Loom or Kustom Kit. It could be on garments that you have supplied. It could be on badges or special items like Martial Arts belts.

There are no limits. We are as happy to produce one as one hundred and one.

• YOUR OWN GARMENTS

We are also happy to embroider onto garments you supply. There is usually no problem with any of the normal garments like POLOs, Sweats etc, however we may ask for sight of garments in order to complete setup and may need one to test on.

 

Embroidery is best on stable, good quality garments. Thin fabics or stretchy fabrics can cause problems and will affect the overall quality. 

•  SPECIAL ITEMS

We also produce badges which are useful of you do not have access to the garments. Badges can be cheaper than direct embroideries but only in greater numbers.

 

Badges take longer to produce than direct embroidery.

 

We also can embroider onto Leather, Martial Arts clothing & belts, in fact any fabric based item can be embellished with a quality embroidery.

Once setup your embroidery design can be used over and over again. We backup our database of designs regulary so you can always be sure your LOGO is safe.

 

Want the design on a different fabric? e.g. fleecewear or a cap. No problem, we will be happy to create optimised versions of your LOGO for these with no additional setup costs.
